This summers concert season

Is it just me or is this turning out to be a great year for live music?

 

Dunno, but I plan on seeing Moe. before they go on their break and Shpongle in Southern Illinois in August.

 

Is shpongle touring? or just playing a couple shows here and there

 

Looked like a tour to me, although the closest show they play to Chicago is 6+ hours away so it's not like they're going everywhere.

 

i saw moe. this year it was sick.
and on may 2-3 im hitting up a perpetual groove show both nights

 

Nice, I've only seen them once on Fourth of the July a couple of years ago, but they blew my expectations away. They came out and played captain america during the encore as fireworks were goin on above and everyone went nuts.

 

there's not too much going on around here live music-wise, but i'm probably not looking hard enough.

i am looking foward to seeing tom petty and rush this summer, though

 

I live really close to vegas. I check ticketmaster all the time. There is always kick ass concerts going on but nothing in the future. Except Steve Miller Band which I am really excited to see!
