okay, i fucking cried, goddammit. that's beautiful.

i wrote a skit in high school called the black box that had the audience weeping. i threw it together in 5 minutes for drama class based on the words "black box." wasn't about planes at all.

 

can you send me it? I'd like to read it if you still got it.

 

i'm actually going to expand upon it and write it as a serial for a friend's webizine. it's a skit in several acts, and i've always wanted to rework it into something less high school. it had massive potential. if you like, as i'm getting it written and submitted, i'll send you a copy of the episode.

i've been nagged into oblivion by everyone i know. my brother james has gotten shy with his screen play notes and now he won't let me see them. so, finally, the last straw was my father, who hates everything and everyone, for whom nothing is ever good enough, telling me i need to submit my ramblings to at least a local paper. then two days letter there's a venue. go figure. it's fate.
