hey im new here and initially came here for the books reader page but i came across this dreadlock page soo yeah...

well in the past 5-6 months my over-all life has some what changed and because of this my hygiene has unnoticeabley slipped down a notch on my priority list. now i have little dreadies all over my head haha. ive been told its an easy hairstyle to maintain. so i guess im keeping them cause it fits my current lifestyle.

and no im not living on the road.

i dont really see any point in posting pictures of them since they dont look like other older locks ive seen in the few pictures here. but if the people demand it i will gladly post pictures

 

If that's the only reason you have dreads you should shave your head. That's fuckin' disgsusting man. This is why people think dreads are dirty.

just remember that everyone comes from different walks of life.

 

i was a carnie for a while. the dreads were a constant battle to keep through that job. most companies just wont allow it believe it or not

When he said the thing about bad hygiene helping him get dreads I thought it was just a troll out to cause trouble.....

But to find out that he was actually serious just amazes me...

well i never said that i was trying to get dreadlocks. they just happened. i never actually wanted to have dreadlocks before they happened. im not entirely sure if it was bad hygiene that contributed to them happening or not. they just happened and i thought this place would be the appropriate place to announce that. haha

 

um dont u feel gross having bad hygiene??? my brother he never showers brushes his teeth or uses soap unless he has too its gross and nasty and he smells blec

 

yeah its totally gross.... i do brush my teeth everyday. and take showers every other day. but i dont meet the standards of what most people would think good hygiene is.
