I will not rant for long.... but we must each and every person send an email to your state rep to end this war. The cost in dollars is staggering. The billions spent would have freed us of oil dependency... or feed all of us. I do not care about you age... write an email to each and every state rep. The addresses are simple to find online. Just let them know. Almost 4000 Americans have died and offically 20000 Iraqs... but in March alone 1873 Iraqi civilians died. The truth is many thousands have perished. Please email... it is not alot... but it makes a difference and our politicans are beginning to see what is happening.

This is way beyond our ability to control One way or the other many people are going to die.... but we have to stop paying the bill for this. It is such an insane amount of money. And all the dead is so pitiful.

They found some more bombs in the Parliment chambers that didn't go off. A cameraman caught the explosion in the cafeteria area. Quite shocking.

    I lol'd @ "The War".

Yeah it sucks, big time. My senators and most of my representatives are trying to do away with it.

It won't work though.. Not until 2008, when more pro-war senators and house members are ousted, and anti-war senators and house members replace them. Hopefully there will be enough for a 2/3 majority vote in both houses to avoid any presidential veto, if there is an opposition from the next president, which I doubt.

its terrible isnt it? i have a lot of friends enrolled in the ROTC program at my school (millitary training) and they will graduate, some not even get the chance to, and go over there to Iraq. Kids that are so smart and could change the world but instead they are letting themselves be subject to people that really dont know what theyre doing. My classmates are doing this because they want to serve our country, but i think they could do a better job here at home. its unfair to the future's of a lot of teenagers, and adults. Not only that but the lives of their wives and children. they extended the min time over there to 15 months, so kids thinking they were getting out next week have to wait. ughh. ><
