I think this is just a joke - a "mind fuck" so to speak. Obama's life line "top line on the palm" ends between his index and middle finger, while Osama's ends at the other end of his palm. They are clearly different people, but I think we all know that.

Kinda like how I once, for a fleeting nanosecond, thought maybe Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson where the same person. But now one is dead and the other is still alive.
