Dreadful and depressing and horrifying. Honestly made you realize that yes, in a situation as bleak as he paints, you would in fact murder your own children. Horrible. An absolutely stunning and incredible read that is a surefire classic.
Hated it. I usually love end of the world stuff but this was just painful for no reason. Really nothing happened in the whole stupid book.
I love Cormac McCarthy, but he is never someone who want to read if you don't want depressing. I haven't read this one yet, but it is definitely on my list.
