    Stick some big old headphones into your PC. Don't play anything, just listen. As you use the computer you'll hear its working, the drives clicking, circuits humming.


    If you listen hard enough it might even say hello.

    My e-Machines does the same thing. I never tried, but i guess if you listen to it long enough, you will understand its language, kinda. its just buzzes and whirring, but they seem to correspond to the functions of the computer.

    I've got a 486...I plugged my headphones and i heard it say "I'm old enough to be your mother!"
