My question is concerning night time. Some sites say marijuana needs COMPLETE darkness for the night time. But sense I like to put them in my window at night for ventalation and so i dont die in a sweat puddle at night and the moon is some times really bright at times. Will the moon light cause a problem with growing?
Moonlight is not a problem, obviousely that is what nature provides so they are used to it. It's the other, little, unexpected sources of light (however brief) that can cause problems. Does a stray car headlight ever flash across your window, or do you ever turn a light on in there - even for just a moment? Is there a streetlight or some other source of illumination anywhere in the area? It only takes a very small amount of light, over the moonlight threshhold, even for a very brief time; to upset the plants program. Last year one grower couldn't figure out why the plants in his backyard wouldn't flower. It turned out that lights from inside his house were comming through the window and across the yard - that was strong enough to defeat flowering. Even though, to his eye it seemed dark in the yard. Hope that helps!
accualy it did help alot. Thank you ill make sure i do keep lights off and all that awesome junk off and away
