    There's a law of physics called the law of entrainment. It essentially states that everything with a rythm will sync up naturally. For example if you start the pendulum on 2 clocks right next to each other out of time with each other eventually they will fall into time with each other. If you are lying in bed next to somebody your heartbeat and breathing will fall into time etc...
    Your body also reacts to music and voices similarly.

    When your heart beats at rest it is 60 beats per minute when excited 120 beats per minute. If you watch the news with a metronome the rythm of everything from the newscasters voice to the play in play out music to the commercials it varies from 120 to 130 Beats per minute exciting your fight or flight mechanism essentialy insiting anxiety. Then during the commercials they advertise Anxiety Meds.

    Wow crazy stuff! Like I said before, I'm glad I don't watch the news much then..

    TV=There is a reason why it is called the "idiot box".
    If it is not on DVD, I am not watching it. I do not have cable, why would I PAY to see advertisements??
