So difficult to loose. I've been dieting 4 weeks now, replacing 2 meals a day with protein shakes, and just nibbling for the last meal, frequently just a hard boiled egg. I desperately want to reach 140 lbs and I'm just 5 lbs away., Anybody have any suggestions? I still look pretty good I think but I want the 240 lbs
There is no easy way. It's simple, calories out need to exceed calories in, or calories burnt. Don't skimp on water, that leads to dehydration. In fact more water fills the stomach and water is easy to expel.
