I hear this often but I'm a bit of a health nut. Does this include ALL fats, like the mono and polyunsaturated fats you get in seeds and nuts? Do I have to eat a Big Mac or whatev to receive any potentiation or can I just chow on hummus or organic PB which are both high in unsaturated, healthy fats? I don't eat meat but I do eat cheese, but I don't want to be eating cheese before taking opiate medication as it is very high in sat fats and that would srsly add up...
Hahahahaha!!! I was gonna ask a simialar question but from the opposite side of the spectrum... Im a fat ass ( well not that bad anymore, I used to be 285 and Im only 5 foot 8! ouch! but im down to a svelt 220 now, and have plateaued here for about 2.5 years) but i wanted to know like, high fat like that delicious piece of moms homemade apple pie I just warmed up, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzled in caramel sauce, or is it a steak and potatoes/pasta and meatballs kinda thing, or like you said can healthier fats suffice?
Good call but opiates make me feel awful on an empty stomach. im thinking the high fat thing applies to sat fats. idk whether it's a matter of how long i8t takes the body to metabolize the fat/opiate combo or whether it is a matter of the opiate binding to the fat i8n some way and increasing potency. whatev, maybe i will report back my own experience once i experiment.
only for things that are OXY'd and as far as I know the higher concentrationof fat per mg of food the better eg Mcdonalds burgers.
a good example i always get a mcdouble b4 i do an opana but as a rule of thumb i always eat b4 i do my pills cuz i dont wanna ruin my drip
opana! my doc just today told me I could switch to that due to my bad reaction to the new OP's. He actually played dumb about the new Purdue formulation I was afraid he was going to offer methadone but nope. I wonder if opana is going to be more available in general now
It always works best on an empty stomach for me. In fact, in the advisory sheet that comes with my prescription it advises to take in on an empty stomach, or you won't get the full effect of the meds. This is for Vicoden, but I don't see how it would be any different for oxys.
