There is no question about it that the most coolest guy on this planet and will always remain so is James Bond 007.

james bond isnt a guy..its a fictional character and not a particularly cool one at that

 

A classic example of someone who is not English for stating such obvious.!

Another cool English guy is 'John Peel'
Now if your English, born and bread you'll know exactly who he is.

 

american born and bred and iknow who he is..and stil not a guy, but as a character id say lil cooler then bond.. but if we're talking about characters and can include cartoons in that theres about 10,000 that would come 1st as the coolest on the plannet

but here in america the european expantion into the country was a massive catastrophy that resulted in 6 million deaths or more and the near annhiliation of hundreds of beautiful languages and cultures so..sorry if im not soimpressed
