So, I live a couple miles away from a couple casinos. I don't get to visit much but whatev. When you go to the casino, if you do, what's your game of choice? My husband got me into craps. I still don't understand all the bets though. There's always at least one black dude with no money just watching. It's weird. I am probably one of the few, but I really like the craps machines. They have them all over Vegas. I don't know how the union let that happen, but it ain't my problem. My favorite casino, Slots of Fun, no longer even has a craps table. That was the one casino I actually LOVED to play at the table.
Roulette is my favorite. What I usually do is just play a few cheap games first to get some free drinks than head to the roulette table to ry and make some cash.
I'm not a gambler, but the games with the least house-favoured odds are baccarat and blackjack. If I were to play, it'd be those games. And don't worry about not understanding craps. No-one does. They just pretend.
when i go to the casino, my game of choice is to sit at the bar and watch my friends throw away their money.
I assume you buy drinks there and drinks at casinos are like 8 bucks each. Might as well sit at a slot machine and put in a few quarters and just get free drinks fro mthe girls that come around.
i don't know what casinos you're going to, but where i've been drinks are about the same as standard bar prices. and, i don't remember drink girls coming around there either. there were bars all over the place, but no waitress types. i don't really sit at the bar most of the time, i just drink beer and hover near my gambling friends.
that's what i figured. my casino experience is all in detroit and windsor. and windsor was too long/drunk ago to actually remember drink prices and whatnot.
Gambling seems like one of the lowest forms of thrill seeking behavior and I find casinos to be nightmarish.
You only get free drinks here if you have $25+ bets, not like like in Vegas. It's funny, both homes I own are really close to casinos, like three minute drives.
What about baccarat or blackjack. Baccarat takes only a small commission from the player with the biggest pot, while both have the least chance of the house being in favor of taking all your money.
I was in Macau a couple of months ago. Never been to a Casino before, but i felt sick of all the luxury and the Chinese gamblers.. I put 1$ in the slot machine and thats about it. Its more fun to look around and take a few photos.
