*THE* Best Doors song.

I think this has been done before... I don't see it in here though... so. in MY opinion it's hard to choose... But my favs. are: "LA Woman", "When the Music's Over", "Roadhouse Blues", "The ghost song", "Stoned Immaculate". The other common ones like break on thru and light my fire are just too over played n stuff.... hehe. So yeah.

ohh I really love that one where robbie krieger plays that arabian riff, and ray manzarek does that piano part ala circus music....... and where jim morrison recites some drunken poetry over the top. yeah, thats the best.

 

Riders on the Storm and the long version of The End are two of my favorites.

Mine have to be Soft parade, crystal ship, the end, and Whiskey Mystics and Men... All of them are great...

 

When the Music's Over is where The Doors just explode in all their virtuosity, beauty and darkness, it's a song you can't possibly get enough of! I get shivers just writing about it man!! But there's more, so many more pearls, such as Roadhouse Blues, Peace Frog, Break on Through, The Changeling, Love Me Two Times and LA Woman.

but they have way more beautifull songs.

Too hard to choose but one, all their songs are brilliant, but some of the best in my opinion are, when the musics over, the end, not to touch the earth, peace frog, the crystal ship...the list goes on. Every time I listen I find a new favourite, oh yeah, cars hiss by my window is awesome too.

 

Break on Through - Yeah its overplayed but when I smoke salvia I really do get to the other side, makes me feel as cool as Jim Morrison

 

Roadhouse blues and House of the rising sun are my favourites!
