... no more beer excess

I've got a business plan to follow and I can't really do this guzzling down the cold beer I've been enjoying. I guess my beer marathon has come to an end..

I'm going to stop smoking too. I smoke about 40 cigs a day. I <3 nothing more than coming home from work and cracking a nice cold one, coupled with a nice ciggy infront of the TV...

I have a hedonistic personality so I kind of do things in excess. Looking at my business plan over the next 2 years, I know I have to change my lifestyle to suit.

I guess tonight is my last beer binge *

It is Friday and well thats the start of the weekend so really it would be better put off until Monday then its a fresh start

 

Your not wrong.. All of the conflicts I had with some people over the years are due to me not seeing straight at the time. I wouldn't even give those in question the light of day if my head was screwed on correctly :spliff:

 

Thats too easy. I usually party on the weekend so I prefer to quit on a Friday... it's kind lie a personal discipline LOL! I'm going to get tanked tonight just for fun. I have work and need to get up at 9.00am. Theres a party that I've been invited to tonight but I'm not gong to attend. I've already downed a shit load so expect the contents of my posts to degrade in 3...2...

 

Good luck 121! This is a very wise choice of lifestyle change your making. I recently made the same descision about 3 months ago and have since drank beer 9-10 times, and at most 4 beers at a time. I feel a million times healthier, energetic, and overall happy.

Good luck, sweetie. I know you can do it and honestly... you'll be happy about it. I rarely drink at all anymore and I feel great and I get really buzzed when I do drink. I still do other things now and then... but you know, responsibly- pick something to do every couple weeks...whatever.... it's all good.

I'm with you in the cig. area too... trying to quit again. Have a patch on today. It's sooo hard for me to quit... esp. cause I'll be toking today but anyways.... good luck. I know we both can do it.

Seriously though... you go for it man. I'm quitting everything for the next three weeks (other than ciggs, I love ciggs). Then I'll probably just take it easy for a bit. (That is until January the 14th when I turn 21 and all hell breaks loose).

 

Cigs are worse than beers man! They contain the carcinogens that will cause cancers.

I just got a knock from my sexy neighbour. Shes this hot lesbo that lives with her gf. Apparently my 'speed garage' is too bassy and I was asked to turn it off

She has a cold and had to get out of bed to tell me off I would have fixed her some lemon, honey and brandy with hot water but she was hella pissed. She letf saying "have a nice xmas and all that stuff K?". Wow...

 

Call the thought police on her and tell them that she is engaging in immoral behaviour.

It sucks that I pissed her off. I have some serious speakers and killer bassline. Again, I wouldn't of offended her if I was sober. I just didn't think of neighbours at the time. I just wanted to hear those sweet basslines. I wil never disturb them again and I'll use my headphones instead.

LOL! No I'm not depressed. Just posting my random thoughts.. I noticed that the shop was shutting in 10 mins so I went ahead and got four more beers. Thats a whole crate consumed today. Fuck yeah!
