when i was little, my parents and i were driving through LA to go to... wherever. and there was some grafetti of sunflowers on the wall on the freeway. and i told my dad all walls should like that. he was a little worried as to why i thought grafetti was beautiful. but it used to be done like that all the time.. real art. i hate tagging. but art... i wish i could paint.
Making graffiti on public property and/or private property is illegal and should be punished accordingly.
