I guess in new jersey, you may have an incredible fine on your hands if you are caught texting and driving... http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20070326/tc_nm/newjersey_texting_dc anyone here from around philly or new jersey?
What If I'm driving down the New Jersey Turnpike and get pulled over by a State Police officer (who has assessed I fit the criminal profile) and I decide to text message Al Sharpton right in front of the cop.....will I be arrested or just fined? Hotwater
Damn little keys...I have trouble text-messaging when I'm not doing anything at all; I'd be afraid to see the results of attempting while driving.
My sister's deaf, and she always signs while driving, sometimes to people in the backseat. Don't know how she's never hit anybody.
A few words when you're barely moving by a bunch of lights isn't so bad... that's pretty much all I've ever done stuff like "I'll call you in an hour".
no, can't say i ever text'd someone while driving...i dont' ahve a cell phone anyways...so yea... though, thats not to say i haven't done any dumb shit while driving haha
no...i dont' have a crackpipe though, i've smoked and drank while driving....haven't done any of that in a long time though...i'm a much safer driver now....
I've nearly caused wrecks trying to attach the freakin ear piece to my phone while in traffic when someone calls me. I don't think I'm ready for texting yet.
I had ADD before they even knew what it was. In college I read books while driving down the interstate. Ran over only two hitchhikers and caused just one forty car pileup.
:gasp: I've read before while driving years ago when I was in college also. I don't know if I have add but I ALWAYS have to have my mind occupied.
Seriously, a neighbor friend went drunk driving when he was 17 and tried to pass a semi in the emergency lane only there was a transient standing there. The bum was killed instantly and he rolled his truck but was able to drive away to a movie theater. Cops tracked him down and arrested him in the middle of a feature.
