Okay, so among other tattoos I wanna get, I would like to do a piece that honors my mom and dad. I want this to go beyond the traditional name inside of a heart, blah blah blah... I thought a really neat way to do a tattoo about my parents was to ask each of them if they could pick ONE thing to represent them, and then have that tattooed on myself in sort of a mural. Like, for example, if mom picks a flower and dad picks his favorite sports team... i would have my tat artist put together a piece incorporating those two things. Has anyone done anything like this? Anyone got any mom and/or dad tattoo pieces? I'd love to see pics. Thanks all =)
That's a pretty good idea. But if my dad were to pick a sports team to represent himself, I would ask him to consider something else. Or instead of asking them what they think represents them, I would think of what represents them to ME, because they likely see themselves differently than I see them.
ya igree,maybee get representation on what they meen to you in your life. exsample,,if dad has ben strog and a authority figure mayby get a hammer or something that represents strength.if mom is nurtchuring maybe get a angle or something. great idea and verry worth wile tat frog
