Which synthetic is best? I'm interested in oral administration because of fear of harm to lungs and I was wondering which synthetic cannabinoid would provide the least anxiety/none at all.

I imagine that it would have to be more selective to the CB2 receptor which is the analgesic one, not the so much psychoactive CB1 receptor?

I'm trying to stay away from the THC and I want more CBD/CBN for anxyiolotic effects.

I'm a medical marijuana patient and I'm going to try oral/tinctures which may have the effect I'm looking for, but I was wondering if a synthetic was more selective. I especially like them because of oral activity.

JWH-200 if youre looking for more CB2 activation.

"Its binding affinity at the CB1 receptor is 42nM, around the same as that of THC, but interestingly its analgesic potency in vivo was higher than that of other analogues which had stronger CB1 binding affinity in vitro, around 3x that of THC but with less sedative effect, most likely reflecting favourable pharmacokinetic characteristics."

So how does JWH-200 work exactly? You can take it orally and it has relatively similar effects as THC... or is it slightly different?

All synthetic cannabinoids are pretty similar to the way THC feels, but they differ slightly.
Like when I smoked 018 I was really really ripped, but could tell it was something more than herb...very hard to explain the differences, but you can just tell...lol.
I loved JWH-018 though for what it's worth.

Which would have least anxiety with it? I guess I'm looking for something less like THC, and more like CBD/CBN. I can post more info on those later if needed. (CBD/CBN supposed to counteract any anxiety that's possible from THC).

There are reports of anxiety/freak outs with all the cannabinoids.
If you ever freak out from pot then there is no safer alternative...sorry dude...learn to deal with it.

Well, I'm thinking about using oral tinctures because I believe there is very little THC absorbed that way and there are much higher concentrations of CBD/CBN, at least in terms of bioavailability. I will test this out when I get my medical authorization renewed.

Two times I've been absolutely sure something was about to happen while stoned on cannabis. Once, on the back of my friend's Kawasaki 1000 heading down the freeway at highway speeds. I was fucking petrified, but that's understandable. No helmet either.

The other time I was also on the freeway, but driving, alone, in my 82 toyota corolla. I've had this repeat thought at times that the mind can make things happen, just because you believe it strongly enough. So, this time I strangely began to imagine that the steering column was about to break off its mounts and just come straight up through my chest. I thought that the more it became real to me in my imagination, the more it would be imminent. I began trying to slide sideways so that I would not be directly behind the steering wheel while driving. Of course that was near to impossible. I had to get off the road that time, and walk it off.

The second one sounds kind of like a strange thought loop.
I suppose all my acid trips have made it easier to simply shrug off those feelings whenever they arise.

    It's been years since I've taken "L"

But it was different with acid. I never had any paranoia on acid, not like on cannabis. Not that I can remember. It was very easy for me to remind myself that it was a "trip", and would only last just so long. But these "thought loops", as you called it,,,it's something that I've experienced a few times in my life. Sometimes it had to do with sitting in a classroom, and thinking,,"I don't want to screw up this teacher's gig with my thought-control", so I would intentionally not focus too much on the teacher. I actually thought that my mind would fuck up his thought process, like the "ripples in the pond" metaphor.

I think it's a form of mental illness, when people think they have that kind of control. I try to ignore it. But on cannabis, when your senses are heightened, and the imagination is also enhanced,,,

It's better if I'm not in a moving vehicle when I'm high.

I also have a strong dislike for rollercoasters. I simply don't trust the designers ultimately. I'm always thinking,,"Something could happen!"

I heard someone say on UD that JWH-200 had no anxiety for him while the 018 did, at some higher doses.

I think the JWH-200 might be the best one. I just wonder how it compares to the CP 59 and CP 47 compound because of the CB2 binding.
