a few days ago a friend of mine said "i wish guns hadent been invented and everybody carried around swords and shit" and ive been thinking about it eversince. imagine it, instead of hearing about fights at school you might hear "did you see that duel today 4th period"? that way everybody would be more equal, i think anyways what kind of blade would you carry in public and why? i would either have a roman gladius or a japanese katana
I would definently go full out ninja with a Katana and a Wakizashi (short little Katana). That would be awesome
Swords and Armor interest me a lot. I want to get a fully body suit of armor and mount it in my room. A friend of my brother's collects all kinds of swords. If your gonna have a collection, that would be a good one, in my opinion
i would carry around a scimitar so i could randomly break into dance with it balanced on my head. plus they look fucking badass.
I gotta katikiri, which is a japenese straight sword. It's beautiful... I've taken a fwe kendo classes... its kinda fun. But nothings more satisying then your fists.
Keep your wrist straight, point it slightly downward, and hit with your first three fists. And don't hit walls or anything, thats just plain dumb... get a bag or something. I was going to say or a kitty, but I didn't... I guess kitty violence just isn't funny.
im wish psych, scimitar fo sho baby other than that, i love big stick sorta things, id maybe train with a fighting stick, with blades on the ends of course
Like a naginata or yari or something? That would be cool. I like naginatas... Oh and I almost went spear hunting alligators once..
What on earth makes you think that people are less equal when they have guns, but more equal when they have swords? Don't you realize that throughout history, the weak were lorded-over by the strong, and being stronger meant you wielded a sword (or any other weapon right down to fists) more powerfully than others, and therefore had dominion over them? There is nothing equal about that. It's the strong subjugating the weak. Do you really believe that if you put your high school's football captain up against the geekiest science nerd, each with a sword, they're "equal"? I think your theory needs to be rethought. -Jeffrey
I bet people might be slightly less likely to kill each other though, if they had to get up close and personal to do so.. I imagine it's much easier to pull the trigger, than to run someone through..
