Suicide Silence is decent. I wish the newer metal bands would stop wearing chick pants though. It doesnt look cool. It makes you look like a fag.
When i was in a band called FROM DOWN UNDER check it out if you want www.myspace.com/fromdownunderband i played the drums... anways I was hugely influence by them, so were the others in my band, and i got to see them in indiana at a venue we played at before, and we were standing about.. a foot away from them, headbanging with them the whole time, i knew every riff every drum beat of every song, it was the best show ever, even though the p.a and shit sucked, they still kicked ass yup
suicide silence is an awesome band...they've got sick breakdowns, aweosme vocals. mitch's range is amazing. he can nail the lower more death metal screams and then switch it up to the high pig vocals. their live show is great too...except there were too many lame scene kids at their show. still fun though. they are definitely coming up in the ranks of popularity. have you seen their video for "the price of beauty" .its fuckin narly. check it out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PUUy-ylur-E

Human Abstract, Emmure, and The Acacia Strain are all bands that i will listen to, not really my faves though. Dead to Fall...not a big fan of them at all. WhiteChapel, only heard like one song of theirs and it was decent. Winds of Plague is pretty alright I <3 Between the Buried and Me, but Alaska is my fave cd from them, but Colors is definitly amazing. that band is awesome Through the Eyes of the Dead is aweosme musicaly, but the vocals are what ruin it for me...not a fan of their vocals, but i can stand to listen to them.

Suicide silence is bad as fuck. I'm listening to them right now actually. No pity for a coward... Winds of plague is bad ass too. I love their orchestral roots, magnificent sweeps, and the vocals and lyrics arent bad either. They are good for one reason. They are catchy and they have a good vocalist. That being said they are almost top notch deathcore, but still, thats not even that great.
core music is terrible, and its funny because if you look at suicide silences picture without the vocalist youd think you were looking at Nile or Aeon or something...then you realize its deathcore and you get dissapointed
