There are some stories that I only tell to people I drink with. Do you guys have one? I'm violating this tradition just once, sharing one of mine, told over really a cold bottle of beer (0 degrees. I don't know if that's true, but that's what the menu says): My friends and I, left a party at around 2 in the morning, but we weren't that drunk, and we had no intention of going home. One of my friends, our designated driver, was a little bit buzzed and sleepy (That was the first and the last time I would ever let a friend drink and drive). For the next 30 - 45 minutes, we we're okay. I tried my best to stay awake and help my friend navigate. I failed, because at one point I blacked out completely. A scream woke me up from my deep sleep. It was the girl next to me at the back seat. I managed to wipe sleep from eyes just in time to see what was happening: My friend had fallen asleep at the wheel, and there was a truck coming right at us, and another truck on our right (We we're at the right lane going forward. I'm guessing my friend swerved to the left). My friend woke up and hit the breaks just in time to keep us from being sandwiched in between. The adrenaline was enough to keep us awake until we got home at around 5am.
I'll come up with with an outrageous story every time someone asks how I got the huge scar on my left arm. I'm a ham when it comes to drinking socially though. In fact it bleeds over to this site too. ... Please like me...
LOL... If I'm drinking I love you and you know everyone else in the whole world and I mean like really, you don't even know how much I love ya'll...when I'm drinking.
