even if its just negligence, and not nefarious, its still incredibly fucked up. multiple people had to drop that ball.

colorado is really nice though because we all get a mail-in ballot. gives you time to double check the wording on things, refresh your research on the issues, and mail it or turn it in at your leisure, up until election day of course. its a good way to do it... if a quarter of your county's ballots dont get lost.
thing is the area serviced by those missing ballots is the more urban/suburban side, the eastern 3/4ths of the county is rural/ agriculture.

 

The postal vote is my favorite method.
Although I truly believe "we the people" have no say in the vote even when participated in, I would think postal would be the safest way. I would also like to do online voting, but I believe it would be easier to defraud than the regular crowd voting method.
