I am plagued by a certain uncomfortable tightness in my belly during meditation, and since then I can feel it alot of the time. This has become more apparent since i have started meditating for longer periods. Can anyone offer any tips or advice?
Hello, I would assume if I did do such things that you aren't in a comfortable position to begin with. Could this be a possibility?
No, not at all! But thanks alot for responding This tightness has been latent but now its surfacing. Im gonna try some different yoga, incorporate some new asana x
As the other suggested, use a relaxed posture and forget all that asana stuff. Asana means seat for awareness, not for six pack abs.
