i have read a lot of conflicting reports regarding the effect of cannabis use on male fertility and i was curious to see if anyone with a medical background could provide some unbiased information (probably posting in the wrong forum)

Does THC indeed lower your sperm count/production ability?

i smoke everyday, and its not really like this will change anything

so just out of curiousity? impact? yes/no

 

bwahaha nope it doesn't... and make sure you don't try and use it as birthcontrol. think about it this way.. the hippies became the baby boomer generation.

i was so worried about that when i first started smoking. i was even determined to quit so i could one day please a girl. yea i know..this is what happens when you believe the media.

 

Well, I don't have any real "medical" support or anything, but my husband and I are (were) VERY heavy smokers (daily, constantly stoned) and it was pretty easy to get me pregnant, took less than 2 weeks when we started trying...

 

i smoke everyday and the first time i have unprotected sex, well you can guess.
got a kid on the way in may/june. so i would have to say no way man.

 

I think it might lower your sperm count about 3% but thats it. My dad was a pothead since he was 13, hes now 42, and my mom still had me. lol.
