I am a vegetarian, and I don't know why this is but; soy makes my stomach ache.. I do eat a reasonable amount..It's not like it's the only thing I eat,but..I do eat it,and when I do I get like bloated and my tummy aches..lol
My mother eats soy too, but she aint a vegetarian or vegan, (shame, shame shame.) and she has the same problem.. Is it just me, or anybody else have the same thing happen?

i eat regularly cooked soya, rarely soya flakes and soya crisps in homemade veggie burgers (i'm avoiding processed food) and i never had any problems. are you sure it's allways good cooked, soya is not good for eating half cooked like some other stuff

Maybe you have allergies or osmething.
One thing that is encouraging, this might be temporary. How long have you been veg? When you make a transition, you body changes. Like most people who eat beans occasionally get stomach problems. The more often you eat them, your body will produce enzymes necessary to digest them. (with beans you can also just add baking soda to help with those problems)
Dunno if it's the same with soy. good luck!
