    bamboo, deer antler and leather, with buffalo horn beads, all completly natural

    they look like something I would see in the natural history museum back home. Like something the Cree or Lakota would have made, except for the bamboo... awesome work!

    i really like them, they look much better than the ones i found in the pipe shop in cherokee the last time i was there. and the ones there were suposed to be "the real deal" peace pipes LOL =) yours are really really nice tho!!

    Those are nice.

    Funky, are you close to Cherokee? My wife and I are like 5 hours from there and go once a year or so.

    I am pretty close, it is over a 6 hour drive =)

    we got on the blue ridge one year and ended up in gatlinburg by accident =) haha

    thanks for all the compliments, didnt expect such response. =)

    I always try to make my stuff look like it was found in a dig.
    I will post a picture of a raccoon skull rattle i made, looks antique.
    I weathered it up and everything.
    I will post it tonight, im at work right now.

    Glad you all like it.

    I made them to sell or trade, not going to smoke from them, making my own for that. it will be the nicest lol. But the dont leak air, much, considering they are natural and hand made, they are going to take in more air than a regular pipe.

    Those are great, Heron, they look like native American pipes I've seen used in ceremonies...very, very nice!
