Some dude

3 nights ago I went out to have a smoke (around midnight) and to do my nightly walk around the yard and observe the moon and just as i was going onto the drive way some dude jumped out of my garage/shed and ran into the woods. I got seriously scared and called the cops. When they showed up they did a walk around my property and all they found were some gunshots in the shed but they think they might have been there from the people that lived here before us. I haven't seen any sign of anything missing or of the dude returning but when he jumped up and ran he knew exactly what to jump over and how to get around the fence. (I know he might have known that because he entered my yard that way but then again i sort of think he knew where he was going, like hes been here before) anyway, my front window won't lock because the lock is broken and im scared he'll come back....and try something. Ugh, im scared. Thanks for listening.

i know how that is! one night over the summer my brother was in the bathroom and the window was opened and he came into my room and told me that he heard somebody opening our shed door. we went into the bathroom and looked out the window and saw a guy walking around in my back yard and our shed door was opened! we ran upstairs and woke my mom up and my mom made me and my brother sit upstairs until about 3 a.m.. by that time, she didn't see the guy anymore, so she told us to go back downstairs and go to bed, but keep all the lights and stuff off. i couldn't sleep at all that night. and we found out later the next morning that our basement door was unlocked! so if he felt the need to come in the house somehow.. he would have had easy access!!

 

I was smoking a joint this summer at 2am and I heard someone talking in front of my house so I walked around the side of the house and some dude was walking down the street with his head down talking to himself. Scary ass shit when you're high let me tell you.

 

lol yeah i know how that is.. theres always this weird guy walking up and down my road and he talks to himself and stuff.. i just go inside the house when i see him walking up or down the road

 

Maybe hes trying to figure out who dressed him that morning

 

I wouldn't worry about that guy If I were you, you probably scared him as much as he scared you. You can't live your life being afraid.

Try to install some kind of device which fires a 9mm bullet at any one who enters through the window or just try to fix the lock on the window....

I'm high as fuck and that's all I can come up with, right now.

Do you realise how ironic that is? I have to agree though. Some guy tried to climb into someone's house by breaking a window but he stuck himself, and he was bleeding so badly he called 911... I dunno if that's true, just urban legend but it's funny

 

In America, SHE would get sued/charged with assault, something. HERE, people cement broken glass on their walls (surrounding their house) to keep out robbers and maybe feral cats.

Another thing I don't like about America. Can't protect our own property/family.

 

Actualy there is a law against building traps, at least in my neck of the woods. I know because a friend of mine had a neighbor who hammered a bunch of nails through a board and attached it to his porch railing, with the nails facing up, so no one would sit on it. Some poor sucker eventualy did and got a perforated ass. The cops came out and laid some mega-huge fines on the neighbor for trapping his property and made him remove the trap.

Yeah. If you have a pool, and you don't have it properly protected by like a gate + fence, someone can tresspass, injure themselves, and then sue you. (at least i think so)

I bet you the kid/guy was just doing some garage hopping. Basically all they do is go through peoples possestions and take their stuff. Knowing teenagers, looking for alcohol.
