I Assumed It Was Because Of Three Undersea Cables In The Gulf Being

Severed By A Ships Anchor.

www.francetelecom.com Who Are Responsible For Their Maintainance, Said Most Of

The Traffiic To And From Europe Was Kaput Till At Least The 31st.

Would Be Most Interested To Hear,

How Did This Outage Affect You..??
