I just picked up a bag and was breaking up one of the nugs when a little creature popped out. I at first thought it was a seed and was a little surprised. Then I looked at it and realized it was a lady bug. It musta just gotten too stoned to leave the plant :)

ive seen alot of lady bugs comming around lately was that one you found alive? i hate ladybugs even though they really dont hurt anything i dont think. they just fly around all crazy and theres always so many of them that come around. i would personally hate seeing any kind of bug in my pot but a lady bug would be better then other kinds of bugs LOL.

lol is that THC all over the ladybug

probably the happiest and hungriest ladybug around

my guess is that it's there because your bud is indoor, and whoever was growing it was using ladybugs to protect the plants from bad bugs like aphids. ladybugs are a really good thing for plants because they eat other bugs but leave the plant alone. i guess this one ventured into trichrome city and became a free thinking ladybug.

lady bugs don't, but there is a bug that looks similar that DO bite, and it sucks. at least, i don't think ladybugs bite. I know they are good for roses (they eat those nasty aphids) and if one lands on you its supposed to be good luck.

actually i think i know what you mean by the other type of bug that bites. it does look just like a lady bug but it doesnt have the black spots...i think thats what it is anyways :\

it did look like some really good bud from the picture you posted. the lady bug was actuallly imbeded right into the bud itself? seems like whoever you got it from would have noticed it LOL.

The nug that I was breaking up weighed 7.1g and it was way on the inside of it completely embedded into it like a seed would be.

thats crazy that it went and died all the way in the middle of a bud LOL. i guess that would be about the best place to die :) i wondering if there are any other kinds of insects are effected by THC.

Haha I was thinking that before I read your post...except you need to snort it the ladybug. The active chemical in them gets ruined when you burn them.

back in the day I grew indoors I had brought in some bitches, Which happed to be infested with aphids and spider mites. I used some malithion and premetrin, insecticide but the problem insisted. and the ladies were in fine condition for flowering, But I had to cover them from the infestation in the future. There was a company in cally somewhere that sold ladybugs. and I bought a box literally of lady bug, 1000s' of them in a box. And I let them loose in my little garden. Found them in buds sometimes. But after I closed shop I had lady bugs in my house for at least two years.. Smoke em or eat em.. the lady bugs that is..

Yet again Skier that looks like some quality bud you got there. For the people who have been bitten by lady bugs, I think that you were bitten by a multi-colored asian lady beetle.
