    Do any of you snore?

My husband snores. I make him sleep on the couch most of the time. Is it unhealthy to want seperate bedrooms? I broached the subject, but my husband was very, very offended. I don't know what else to do, he's tried everything, and I'm up to 6 sleeping pills a night because of it.

I think you both need to go to a sleep clinic if his snoring is affecting your sleep that much.

I'm a VERY light sleeper. The mere disturbance of air from someone in my doorway wakes me up. :(

That sounds like a sleep problem on your behalf, too. If you lose sleep due to slight distractions, it really doesn't sound normal.

Yeah, I'm a really light sleeper too, unless I got to sleep drunk.

I just think that my survival instinct is sharp. :D

I honestly never thought I was the one with the problem, but you may be right. It would also explain why I require 12 hours minimum. lol

I have been told that I click and I also stop breathing. Apparently I always start back up again.

My husband snores, if I get to sleep before he starts, I am usually ok. If he bothers me, I just make him turn over. Or I take away his pillow. If he is in a twisted position, it makes him snore.

My husband is fat, which is the problem. He has a bit of sleep apnea too, I think. He stops breathing sometimes.

but worst of all...i moan in my sleep like i'm having sex. especially when i was pregnant. both times. but i can't explain to people that i'm not having sex in my dreams. i'm yelling or crying, or afraid and upset, etc. it comes out as moans. it even wakes me up sometimes and i know damned well i'm not dreaming about sex. but no one believes me.

I snore if I roll over onto my back and put my "knees in the air". I have no idea why I sometimes sleep like that. I also talk in my sleep.

I used to sleepwalk. When I was about 6, I woke up on the Sesame Street step stool in front of the bathroom sink. Had no idea what the fuck was going on. Haha. I still sometimes talk in my sleep, but I usually wake myself up when I do. And I don't get sleep paralysis so much now that I'm living with Daniel. I'm not so scared of the things that go bump in the night with him in the same house as me. It's weird, lol.
