I'm so tired right now, but I'm not used to going to sleep until much later so I don't even know how to go to sleep right now. This is totally random because I'm exhausted and worthless right now, but can't go to sleep all the same.
For me sleep has been strange for a long, long time... It's almost sleep time here, you must be in a different time zone.
It's totally sleep time almost 11pm and when I was not living with family I would usually be asleep right now or not long afterwards. I went swimming today so it totally has me exhausted...great cause the kids are asleep, but I was planning to work and I guess I'm too tired to really even think straight.
Ah.... Get some rest then. I just have to walk the dog and give him his treats and I'm gonna try to sleep.
My sleep schedule is all yanked around. It went from crazy to insane. I kind of like sleeping in several sessions as opposed to one, though. I can't stay in the bed a super long time without hurting anyway.
Sheesh I don't think I went to sleep til after sunrise today...so I didn't sleep that night...but I woke up after 5-6 hours and had a pretty active day after that. I ate some and I feel a bit better. Gonna try to do some work now.
That about sums up my current sleeping experience but I am not keeping the kind of schedule that you are with the kids and grandkids etc. Hope you have a great day. :love:
I have no preconceived notions of when I should or shouldn't sleep. If I'm tired I sleep when I'm not I don't.
I am a freak about getting enough sleep every night...I dunno why. But I've been falling asleep much earlier, too...I wonder if its because my brain has been working more during the day, so I'm exhausted at night.
I am too malia..not necessarily every night...it can also be during the day, but everyday yes...I need no less than 10 hours/day on average. I really prefer going to sleep before midnight and waking up before 6am, I feel my best when I go to sleep before 9pm which was my bedtime in hs and totally pissed me off. Then I wake up around 4am and take a nap between 6-8am or in the afternoon. I know...I used to be a complete insomniac and loved it...but now I really prefer to be out during the day as much as possible. I don't really consider nighttime to be any more fun than day time so I have no need to stay awake late...except that I do.
i can't really do naps, but if i'm really tired i can go to sleep for the night 3 or 4 hours early with little to no problem. i couldn't stay up all night guzzling actual coke..
I can't take naps, either...they turn into 3 hour long naps and I wake up feeling shittier than I did before I fell asleep.
