shrooms vs ACID (for people that have tried both)

what is easier to handle. i have not yet had the opportunity to try LSD. but most people say its easier to control over mushrooms. Ive taken mushrooms a couple of times, and i can see how a trip can easily be steered into being bad, which has happened to me before . while on shrooms my mind goes everywhere, and it seems like there is always something that needs to be done or im missing something, when really it is nothing at all. Is it like that with acid too? and would a rave or music festival, such as coachella :] be good for a first trip with the cid?

 

Depends on how good the cid is, with dirty cid I find it to be a much more anixous dirty chemical feeling. On shrooms I never get that, I get the same feeling I do from weed, or San Pedro or anything else nature made. A natural feeling.

If it's better acid I find that feeling goes away considerbily. It's like a puzzle piece, the better it's made the easier it fits your brain.

As for going to a rave, well i tried that once on 5 hits, and I had allot of fun, if you have done mushrooms you have a rough idea what to expect, but it's gonna be a longer trip.

 

There's no such thing as dirty acid, acid is acid, end of story. It's literally all in your mind, or it can be a RC.

But acid is much easier to handle, much clearer head.

I kind of agree with this, but I think the 'dirty acid' feeling is from low dose LSD many times where you feel the physical symptoms but it's not quite dosed high enough to attain the mental or visuals effects, which is more than just 'in your mind'. Mushrooms can run into the same problem but bad mushrooms has more of an uneventful feeling as opposed to 'dirty.'

 

Have to agree with Mad...LSD is LSD, HOWEVER, there may be undesired impurities left over that account for different feelings, and again I must agree Mad, cid is much easier for me to dose higher and remain calm, cool, and collective. Mushrooms (for me at least) are much more of an emotion/mindfuck, though I do love them so! Both can and certainly will trip your face off.

 

What tastes better- chocolate or vanilla? Different answers for different folks.

I would call either one easier. They definitely have different feels to them though, for me at least. Acid has a metallic feel to it. I can't explain it other than that. It feels slightly weird inside me.

Shrooms feel organic.

And I do think there are subtle differences between well synthesized substances and poorly done/contaminated ones. LSD is not LSD imo.

This is true, there's nothing worse then being stuck in that come up phase because the dose was weak, it's always the biggest 8 hour disappointment.

As for impurities though, there are no impurities that would make it dirtier, everything else is inactive, not to mention how very small the dose is, there's just not enough solution on the blotter itself for anything else to have an effect.

 

Love both for different reasons . cid for the crazy visuals but i love shrooms because i feel more connected to the world and more natural trip

 

'Shrooms, I feel the way mushrooms look. Ugly and weird. I don't look at faces, I don't look in the mirror. This doesn't bring me down really though.

Acid I feel powerful; like I could push the earth away from me or something. Like I can control all feelings. But acid doesn't make me feel ugly. I feel like going up to every mirror and getting into starring battles with myself.

 

ive said this many times before but its so much easier for me to handle myself on acid. when i was on shrooms, everyone could tell (good thing i didnt have to interact with anyone who wasnt cool with it), but with acid, i had to talk to people like security guards and shit and i was fine. i felt way more relaxed.

also the whole emotions thing with shrooms made it more intense (for me at least), like with acid i didnt have as many emotional connections to things so even things that were kinda scary werent really scary at all... like they were just intense but i didnt feel any discomfort at all. on shrooms i kept feeling different "moods" from the sky and random shit, which made it more intense and a little discomforting when it shifted to a darker mood.

 

acid is better for me, but that might be because i've had more disturbing times with shrooms. and i havent shroomed in a long while too

acid for me has the physical(or at least pseudo-physical) feeling that is just astounding for me. the whole feeling is like big synthesizers playing at different heights and levels. its more of a colorful, and drier feel. it's an upheaval

shrooms from what i remember is slightly more dark, more wishy-washy and wave-like. the feeling is more like a "whoa" as opposed to acid being a speechless feeling. the shrooms for me felt more like something you can do and its a thing with you, but acid feels like it latches onto you slightly more.

in the whole scope of the drug world I wouldn't say they are totally different. To me it would be like doing it missionary vs. Doggysyle. One of them may be slightly more intense and there is a slightly different sensation along with different visuals, but its really quite the same thing.

 

Not only acid is easier to deal with, it is more amazing.

Oddly enough, I found it harder to get paranoid on LSD than mushrooms. I just didn't get that "boxed in" feeling on LSD, and the high kinda flowed along comfortably and I was too high to care. Not saying I don't like mushrooms, just saying LSD doesn't give me the same anxiety sometimes.

 

Both positions are sex, but they are different.

I would never compare a person to a drug, if you do you may want to question your logic.
