Well, i got the long hair allready, but does dreads look good for a white guy.. Fourteen years old, and i think it would look cool..

no wax thoiugh remove the bands .. try to backcomb lil more towards the ends of a few and let them do theyre thing looks like ya got a great start.. just dont make the wax mistake/./.. give em time... get yoirself a wool tam

If I were you, Id also get the bands out.
Other then that... looks like your back combing is pretty loose,
but thats OKAY. Id leave it alone otherwise.
Just roll and twist and play.
Bands out.
