Should I Tell My Girlfriend If She Asks Again?

Hi, I'm Nathan from Ohio, I'm 17 and my girlfriend is only 4 months younger than me. We have been going out for about a month now and she has asked me how far I have been with a girl before. The problem is that I really like her and don't want to disappoint her by telling her that I haven't done anything more than kiss a girl, as she has already gone to third base with her ex-boyfriend (of about a year). I've already told her that I'm a virgin and she is one too, but should I tell her the truth if she asks me again how far I've gone?

yeah you should. relationships need to be built on trust, which comes from honesty. And hey, its highly likely she likes you for being yourself and not for how far you've gone

At 17 I wouldn't have cared, neither would any of my female mates. Chances are she won't mind either(and if she does, is she worth it?). She may even find it sweet

Tell her for sure!!!! She will appreciate your honesty and then you won't look like an ass when you all do go "farther" and she thinks you know more than you do!

Yeah if you tell her and she gets turned off by that, then she's not the catch you think she is. And if you don't tell her and she finds out anyway, then you'll look like a dog for lying to her.

 

after reading your other post, i'm curious... have you told her the truth yet?

 

no, i don't want to seem like i'm proud of it by bringing it up, and she hasn't asked me again yet, although she almost definitely will, and when she does i'll tell her the truth thanks everyone

 

oops sorry, i asked about that again in your other post.. i forgot i had asked that here, too.

anyway i wouldn't worry... she definitely won't think that you're being boastful or proud if you tell her, she'll just be glad you came clean with her.
