just a drawing...leave it be... a tattoo..definitely add color (skull tattoos on girls are very sexy...in my opinion....course I'm kind of biased because I have a skull tattoo)
Agree with scarlett does me. But if you could redo it on a computer program and try color on it that would be a good idea, so you ccan see it in color without making any permanent changes.
id at least add some more shading, deepen it and make it more 3d. also makes it darker, which is always a good thing
totally... while i like the color you added, i would add even more. i like all the suggestions made above, like shading the eye sockets green, etc. maybe even think of colors that were significant to him/you and him. i'm assuming this is a tribute to someone special to you who died? now... this is ONLY my opinion. but i think if you choose to get this as a tattoo (and it would be a TOTALLY rockin' tattoo, and a great way to permanently remember someone special), my advice would be to go with the drawing and cut out the name. that way it's like your special connection with him. rather than going overkill and maybe regretting it later, plus i think it would really look way more artistic without the lettering or dates. like, if i saw you with that tat, with the name on it, i'd be like... oh, austin died. but without it, i would be like... wow, amazing tat, what's the story behind it? a better way to keep his memory alive in my opinion!
to add to what i said previously, i think it would be cool if the eye sockets were shaded to give them depth and dimension. so they would look hollow instead of like they have a black shield across the front. does that make sense? and you could incorporate some color into that shading. but yeah... totally kickass design. you've got a few years before you can get it as a tat anyways, if thats what you decide... take that time to refine the drawing, the coloring, get it absolutely perfect before it's permanent. and i often make copies of the original pencil drawing so i can play with colors. recolor it often. get it just right. and if you do get it inked on you, please wait until you're 18 so you can go to a reputable and GOOD tattoo artist, so you don't regret it later, for having fucked up a really gorgeous tattoo idea. ok, advice rant over!
