sorry to bother you but i was wondering if anyone has and pictures of their dreads, or just any picture of short dreads. im getting dreads in about 2 weeks my hair is about to the bottom of my lip and i just wanted to see some pictures of short dreadies. Thanks alot PEACE
dont got pics of mine when they were short but they started off pretty short... short dreads grow to become long dreads dreads take time to dread point is by the time theyre mature dreads they';ll have grown longer
well thats where they end up. mine began at 2 inches and now drag on the ground by the time theyre mature dreads they'll be twice as long as when ya started we got plenty of folks here ythough who are still in that stage so just look around at the threads from the 1st few months of ppl's journies

Point is - Soaring Eagle said the truth for sure. As they lock, they grow in, so instead of starting with long hair which will shrink up and be loopy, they just lock in slowly as it grows. From my point of view dreads take the same amount of time to get no matter where you start - short or long
