Sorry about the horrible nursery rhyme format, but I had to write it :D

I was drunk by twelve in the morning
The day I went to Shambala
I’d been up since the day was dawning
The day I went to Shambala

I pitched my tent in a crowded field
The day I went to Shambala
And amazing friendships did I build
The day I went to Shambala

I mellowed out and danced to The Beat
The day I went to Shambala
Jumped about, felt light on my feet
The day I went to Shambala

The lights looked pretty as I held his hand
The day I went to Shambala
We sat together and watched the band
The day I went to Shambala

Cooked some noodles in a dirty pan
    The Saturday of Shambala
Laughed when nothing went to plan
    The Saturday of Shambala

Sat in a hot tub, the heat not yet through
    The Saturday of Shambala
Got really cold but didn’t turn blue
    The Saturday of Shambala

The night went on and things got weird
    The Saturday of Shambala
A fairy in the woods, nothing I feared
    The Saturday of Shambala

A rainbow of colours, amazing sites
    The Saturday of Shambala
Lights were smells and sounds were lights
    The Saturday of Shambala

I wake up tired, but thinking clear
    The Sunday of Shambala
Cook all our food, drink some beer
    The Sunday of Shambala

I spun my poi, rainbow arcs
    The Sunday of Shambala
    ‘A lazy day’ I remark
    The Sunday of Shambala

And then that night I felt so happy
    The Sunday of Shambala
    Danced like mad, loved everybody
    The Sunday of Shambala

On the coach I fell asleep
    The day after Shambala
I have memories I’ll always keep
And I’ll come back to Shambala!
