Ohh that explains it. I think my five years of yoga training haven't quite made me lithe/double-jointed enough...
One thing for sure, can't really do anything that can't be fixed. Unless you just snap your head off...lol
It's not a big deal. In general anyway. I just thought this particular position sounds kinda painful to the neck area. That's allllll.
I don't think I could do that. I don't knoe sounds a bit degrading. but hey props to you for not feeling that way
