Okay, as long as you don't think I said you have an eating disorder. Size 0 in America is like a size 4 here. Frankly, my diet goes really bad in the holidays. It's because I'm lazy. I haven't had lunch yet and it's 4pm. I try.. kinda.
fuck it, I just eat when I'm hungry. Usually I don't eat at night, because once it hits 8/9, I just drink til I fall asleep. but I wake up every morning literally starving, eat a nice sized breakfast, then random little meals throughout the rest of the day.

I think so. Our sizes go up in twos so if yours do to they probably match. I ate breakfast, of course, then I had soup and yogurt and some sweets for lunch. It's lunch that is the problem, I have dinner properly every day and breakfast mostly properly. Just lunch that throws it outta whack. I do, rawr.
I always try to put myself on sobriety kicks. I'll survive like 3 or 4 days, then celebrate. :cheers2:
you sure? it makes sense. you don't have an opportunity to burn calories while sleeping, so your body puts them into "storage" (fat).
i want to throw this out there... my trainer actually told me that your body still burns fat at rest, if you have enough muscle to do so having muscle is the key thing i weigh alot but it's mainly muscle with average water and a little above fat, i only have like 5% fat to burn off which is why i know i'm not fat but i still feel fat some times cardio often just burns off your water weight my trainer has me doing circuits where i do one rep of a weight lifting exercise like say doing 20 lifts of a weight at 15 lbs <depending on the muscle> and then move on to the next body part, and then repeat everyone's body is different but usually what i find is, cardio warm up then weight training and then cardio cool down helps people get in shape the best based on the fact that the more muscle your body has the more fat your body can burn off i took a weight training course at the end of high school as a remaining credit to pass and when i used to work out all i would do is cardio cause i was too lazy to lift weights, but with weight lifting i've become a lot more toned with just doing cardio i stayed at the same weight/size it's kind of bizzar being that now that i am doing more to get myself in better shape and better looking i feel more self conscious GG you are a dillusional girl, i have said in the past and will say forever, you are too beautiful to hate on yourself
