Just curious what others think of the article that has just started appearing around the net. (here) Wonder if they will use these teams when they have an issue at a gathering? Never know what they might pull out of their asses!
...Truly one of the more disturbing stories going around right now...the differing theories are that the gov't. has knowledge of something BIG happening whereby they'd need to have such a force in place for infrastructure support or that they're well aware of the chaos that a full collapse of the economy, ala great depression proprotions, could cause and want to be ready. Either way, it's not good news.
one things for sure, its a harbinger of things to come.. im not going to go into details of how i think the next 18 months will play out because everytime i do in this forum a certain someone comes in an starts a buncha shit.. ill just say look at the headlines and think worst case scenario.. remember though, todays battalions are only 3 to 5 thousand troops.. this isnt the major reactionary force they will ultimately use,nor do i think this force would be deployed to a gathering,i think they already have more specific orders than you will read about in the news.. there will be a multi national force supplied by the united nations at some point in the next few years here as well..
I can not think of a better place, unfortunately, where they can implement their training.... the gatherings. There are of course the protests and such but they would definitely consider this force for any future response needed by local LEO at the gatherings. The one thing that sticks out the most is that they are using one of their most experienced group of military... right off the bat. Close quarters combat and the experience of intensive house to house searches? Combine that with the amount of local LEO that have gain their own militaristic experience by serving in National Guard units in the Mid East. Colleges would definitely be another place. I was not born in the sixties but of course have the vast knowledge of information that I have been raised with and have now at our fingertips. Could not imagine how they would deal with huge college protests now. Especially with today's crowd control techniques and technology. Draft? Fuck... these units would hate draft dodgers if the draft was reinstated. It as if they are almost expecting something to happen and do not have enough time to train the units to respond to whatever might be brewing. Looks like they want to have an "elite" force in place so they can gain time for implementing new laws or restricts that they feel the public might become aggressive over. Going to be interesting to see how these events all around us are going to unfold and who they effect. You can not really tell me you are not used to stray dawgs yet? You can not help but love them even when they get annoying. And I do suspect that EVERYONE of us has been a stray dawg before. I do not know why dawgs stray from the pack but I have done so many times myself. It gets boring and leaves one reflecting back, wondering why they even strayed in the first place. Then realize that they are the ones that strayed and usually end up with a lot of stray dawgs around themselves. Dawgs shit where other dawgs shit. This makes it real hard to clean up the leftover piles of shit... not to mention just cleaning up your own. If you want a stray dawg to quit following you... quit feeding it. So simple yet so true. Eventually they will quit following you. They might bite a few times becasue they are hungry... but they always know where they can go for another meal. I really do not think anyone can change a stray dawg. They can only change themselves. It is even harder to get a pack of stray dawgs to leave you alone. They feed into and off of each other. Eventually though... they will also get bored and move along until they finally find the right pack that has been around them the entire time!
its just not worth the effort,if folks cant see whats coming by now then its not worth the effort.. im done warning.. now im finishing my preps and hunkering down...
