Hoping someone can give a reason why people scream out in dreams. Last night I screamed out and was semi awake, light sleeping and dreaming. I felt the need to scream out even though nothing appeared scary? Though there are times when one screams out because of something appearing scary. Is it psychological or is there a right answer anywhere?
There was a time I was stayin at the Orlando shelter and some hookers used to hang out there on the side street. There was this one young cute hooker I'd always flirt with. One night in the shelter I was dreaming of her and I remember seeing her face, but it was a nightmare and while I was asleep I sat up in my bed and screamed out at the top of my lungs "Eyahhhhh!" I then woke up and laid back down but I woke up everybody in the shelter! They all said Man! shut the hell up! I realized it was only a dream, but I'll never know why I screamed. Bustramp
