If you are craving a treat which one are you more likely to want?

I tend to do salty more than sweet. I like really good dark chocolate but if I do have that I tend to still like something after it that is more salty to counter it.

Salty and sweet are good together but my tendency is sweet, trying to go for salt.

To me, a big juicy steak is pretty much at the pinnacle of things I look forward to when it comes to food. I don't really eat things that are sweet or salty. I do eat a little bit of dark chocolate pretty much everyday, but it's not very sweet at all and has only like 3 grams of sugar.

Salty. I've gone right off sugary sweet foods lately.

Salty. I tend to crave chips, but I manage to stay away.

I've never been huge on sweet. And over the last year or so I've developed a sensitivity to salt periodically. I think it may be due to dehydration. Sometimes I can enjoy some potatos chips, but occasionally I'll get this sense where all salt is too salty and is just gross, and it lasts for weeks. I don't really enjoy salt anymore. Except pickles. I love pickles and jalapeno olives.

I crave meat mostly. I love meat, meat sticks, etc. I also like buying mediterranian olive mixes at Loblaws. Olives, peppers, feta, olive oil and herbs. So good!

    I prefer salt though

I always go for the sweets. Not what I should do but they are addicting.

I have a sweet tooth but I try to keep it under control. I don't buy sweet treats for the house. But if I'm just craving it really bad, there's a Bruster's I go to every once in a while.
