so we have afternoon callers - the freshman come and every 5 minutes call out for formation for the parade. so they go through there speach, which takes about 20 seconds to say, giving us the time of form up for the parade, days to graduations, temperature outside... they do it twice, every 5 minutes. once on one side of the hall, then they march down to the other side and repeat the speach. being that it is halloween, i went out to offer the rookies some candy - you know, be a nice upper classman. i ask them if they want any candy, and tell them to just say yes or no. they answer "cadet no cadet" - which is called sandwiching, which all rookies do until they are recognized; but i hate it and just tell them to just don't do it when talking to me, it gets real annoying. then one of them goes "candy is recognized as a form of hazing" - he thought i was going to make them do push-ups to have a piece of candy. i just turned around and walked away just thinking "wow, just wow...hazing...candy = hazing?" i just wanted to be nice nad give out some candy....jeepers haha
that's not really fair, though. if you get fucked around with enough, even something benign is still too good to be true.
i got fucked around with so much growing up that any time someone offers something, and i don't know them, i automatically assume they're out to fuck me up.
ah i see. i just wanted to give out soem candy since they were in costumes, really bad costumes, but costumes none the less
bless your heart ofr trying. don't bother giving them candy, though. i wouldn't take candy from you, either. you look like you can think of all sorts of fucked up things to do to candy.
well its understandable that they got a little scared candy is what i use to lure little boys into my van
