Yup, here it is, for those of you who were wondering about salvation, the Romans Road:

    The Bible says:

Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Romans 5:8 But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners Christ died for us.

Romans 10:9-10 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart; that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Revelations 3:20 Behold I stand at the door and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come into him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

Well, there you have it, ask Jesus for forgiveness of sin, confess with your mouth, believe in your heart He was raised from the dead, open your heart and Jesus will come into your heart and abide with you. He'll fill you with the Holy Ghost and you'll be a new person.

    Good post.
It might be the 'Lutheran' in me but I have always insisted that the book of Romans 'could be' the ONLY book we need past the Gospels.
(obviously thank God we have John, Luke, Peter and more from Paul to expand and confirm)

Romans has such a wonderfully articulate, essential and complete presentation of the Gospel that I have often recommended that this is the 'one book' any seeker or new Christian should just start reading for starters.
Just stay on Romans alone and you will have it there for you.
