Plenty of other sources including new huge ones in US. There might be a couple of rare earth's that will still be hard to get. But they can use or develop workarounds.

They have to build a plant just to refine the crap they dig up. This is no different from the energy crisis, which was capitalism driving the world economy into the toilet, assuming they could buy whatever the hell they wanted dirt cheap, when they need it. OpenAI, Microsoft, Nvidia, and Intel might as well be one company now, and they are burning through money like its worthless. Without rare earths for the next few years, even the Ukrainians can't hope to fight Russia. Sadly, a lot of these rare earths can be substituted for using metamaterials but, again, that's future technology that has yet to hit the market. Wall Street and the Pentagon will either pull a rabbit out of their hat soon, or the rest of the US will start attempting to surrender to the Chinese. You know, something different for a change.
Trump just signed an agreement with Australia for rare earths. But China, China, China says woolee. Yawn.
