Please anyone who has a way to get out there and help these guys they have been working and cooking for a long hard time, they are in Cedar Rapids and need a break, If there is anyone that can give 'em a hand, help 'em out or even better get out there and give them a break. Cedar Rapids did get hit pretty hard in the June floods. Blessings to all who help. Dragonfly, do you have any contact info for folks who might want to donate some green energy? Also, I think I read that these kids were asking for serious workers, with no one under 18 and no dogs please.
the only number i've got is Benji's from Oz, i saw that the kids needed help thru the Oz news letter/email board. They just said that the kids out there are in great need of a break, i've got a number 417 326 5209 Benji is the one to ask all the details. As for the green energy i don't know many folks who could could help on that level, shit i don't even kow the first thing about trying to fund raise for that kinda help, wish i did. but me and scott are in the middle of loading up a penske and getting on up to virginia to go take care of mom. Really the only way that i have to help these kids is keep posting and hope that something good will happen for these folks.

Olitwist89-it would be wise to start your own thread looking for help since this thread is for a group of disaster relief workers...in other words, these people, Benji & all, are helping other people recover from the cedar rapids floods. If you are looking to plug into a hip community, try the 'communes' forum. Back to the topic... I'll try to give Benji a call later & find out what kind of help they need.
