So i was still tripping a little in the morning and wrote this:

Its easy to get lost deep inside one's own thoughts. To launch into worlds of the unconscious, and peer deep into the fabric of one's underlying mental and physical processes can be so tempting, so inviting, but ultimately shows what was already there. Emotions are not always consciously experienced, and sometimes we just have to block them out because if we always experienced so much at once, then we may just drive ourselves into "insanity", but what about when the keys to "insanity" simultaneously are the keys to unlocking humans full potential? Perhaps the issue at hand is that potential is not inherently positive or negative. Man's potential to create is equally as strong as man's potential to destroy. Or perhaps its more one than the other. Only we can seal our own fate.

the realm marked insanity most certainly is the open frontier which we have to explore and translate into normality

creation and destruction are in equal necessary balance
