I have a script that I need to refill, but I have misplaced the bottle. It is in my name and I have identification. It is a controlled substance, but is definitely on the pharmacy's database. Is is cool for me to just go in and tell them to look up my information and Ill get my medicine?

If it's a refill, then it must be a Schedule III or IV drug, Vicodin mabey? Just call the pharmacy, save yourself some time.

Tell 'em the bottle got tossed, that's all. They'll ask for your name, address & phone number and fill the meds with no problems. It's not an early refill is it?

I don't think so. You should just be able to refill by phone. Present ID when picking it up.
