red bananananananananas

okay i bought some red bananas.. i've bought them before.. so i thought they'd be ripe.. but oh my ganesha.. i had to spit it out it was like eating a banana sponge of death.. sucked all the moisture from my mouth. :stunned:

okay so does anyone know FOR SURE how to tell if a red banana is ripe before i waste all these little guys?

I think that when it's this color,it's ripe



I think,that the odor is different when it's ripe..same odor as the yellow one when's it's ripe..or you could have ask the fruitseller if it they are ripe..
